The Search Tab
The Search tab allows for an open search (by word or phrase) or by using the drop-down option to select from the predefined list.

The Tasks Tab
The Tasks tab is broken into Pending Tasks, Completed Tasks, and Reassign Tasks.

Pending Tasks Tab
To access the pending tasks, select the Pending Tasks tab under the Tasks section of the left sidebar.

Pending tasks is broken into two sections: Pending tasks (Assigned to Me) and Pending Tasks (Assigned by Me).

When viewing the pending tasks, users will see the blue i (information) icon. This information icon appears throughout GrantEase and helps explain and provide more details on headings and phrases. Another icon that users will see throughout GrantEase is the blue funnel icon. This funnel icon will provide users a space to filter pending tasks.
To filter, users will select the blue funnel icon on the top right-hand side of pending tasks, and three possible filter categories will appear. These columns include the Column Name, Operator, and Value. Once filter parameters are entered, users will select the greyed-out plus icon to add filters selected.

Users can sort the filtered data by the output categories, including EGMS ID, Type, Subject, Assigned to, Assigned By, and Due Date. The arrow direction will tell users if they are sorting ascending or descending. If users would like to add a new filter, select the green plus icon. If users would like to remove defined filters, they should select the red X icon .

Completed Tasks
The Completed Tasks tab has the same components as the pending tasks, including the blue i (information) icon, the filter icon, and the ability to filter by EGMS, Type, Subject, Assigned to, and Assigned by. There are two sections: Completed Tasks (Assigned to Me) and Completed Tasks (Assigned to Me).

The Completed Tasks (Assigned to Me) section shows tasks that are completed and assigned to the logged-in user.

The Completed Tasks (Assigned by Me) section shows tasks by the logged-in user.

Reassign Tasks
The next section in the tasks tab is the Reassign Tasks tab. This tab allows users to reassign their tasks to another system user. Here users will be able to reassign a task from one user, the account holder, to other users within the organization.

Users can be located by typing in their name in the entry box.

Once users have selected who to reassign the respective task to by searching for a user in the search box, they can reassign all tasks or can select which tasks they want to reassign.

The Activities Tab
The Activities tab will be the hub allowing organizations to update their Grantee Profiles as well as where organizations will go to attach documents relevant to their grant.

The Recently Viewed Tab
The Recently Viewed tab serves as a "pin" option that will show users the most recently viewed location in GrantEase.

The Technical Support Tab
For technical support, select the “Contact Us” link on the Technical Support tab:

Here users will be able to request technical support from the system administrators. For specific guidance on how to complete their LSC grant or details on specific items needed, users can contact lscgrants@lsc.gov.
The Useful Links Tab
The Useful Links tab will include links that grantees will find helpful. These links include EIN registration links, among other useful links.
