FOIA Chief FOIA Officer Reports

The Attorney General’s 2009 FOIA Guidelines require the Chief FOIA Officer to submit a report to the Attorney General containing a detailed description of the steps taken to improve FOIA compliance and transparency. These reports contain details of FOIA administration and steps taken to implement the FOIA Guidelines during each reporting year.  This report is not currently required for agencies receiving less than fifty FOIA requests per reporting year.
