The Legal Services Corporation (LSC) is moving from 3333 K St, NW, Washington, DC where they occupy roughly 50,000 SF (spread across 4 floors) to 1825 I Street, NW, Washington, DC where they will occupy 38,000 SF on one floor. During this liquidation, we will be discarding and relocating furniture and miscellaneous items.
